256 century q germicidal detergent

I was mixing this cleaner at work and inhaled quite a bit of it before it was diluted. I got an instant headache and my nose started to burn. I called the advice line and waiting to hear back from a nurse and I also called poison control but I didn’t specify that it was the 256 century q, all I said was it was a one step disinfectant germicidal detergent and they said I should be okay. I’m still really nervous though... what should I do?!

Baby is moving a lot, but symptoms haven’t faded yet...
