Hernia after pregnancy
Hello! Just wondering if any of you had a hernia after pregnancy, did it eventually go away? My doctor says it will, wondering if I can do exercises with it or would that be bad for it? It’s only a small one, I can see it because of my belly button being weirdly shaped now 😬 will ask doctor about exercise next time but thought I’d ask here anyway!
