For those EBF- how do you plan to wean?

Are you going to move on to cows milk after 12 months? Given you can’t easily mix like you can with formula, how do you plan to do this?

Already starting it, but yes. Moved from EBF to down to 3nursing sessions a day. Then i cut one nursing session down to a bottle feeding (or sippy) work my way then to all bottle feeds with pumped milk then just slowly mixing in whole milk

We mixed it with breast milk in a bottle. We started with about an oz and then worked up to half and half before we just made the full switch. He’s been off for 2 weeks now.

This guy I was weaning so I just cut back sessions and gave mix formula and whole milk until. My twins I mixed breast and cow for baby sitter and gave whole milk in a sippy whenever they wanted milk but we didn’t want to nurse, other than that we still nursed most of the time when we were together
