What is this?? Dry red spot

I've had this spot on my upper thigh (almost my hip) for a good couple of weeks now. It's about the size of a chickpea and the skin flakes all over it. I've had dry spots before but after putting lotion on, they go away. This one wont go away with anything that I've tried. Anyone have any insight?
Also, I'm 24 weeks pregnant if that means anything.

Could be ringworm, pregnancy makes you more prone to fungal infections, (I kept getting yeast rashes under my breasts when I was pregnant), show it to your doctor/midwife @ your next appointment & they can prescribe something or tell you what to get over the counter

I agree that this could be ringworm! I ended up getting ringworm from a cat when I was about 5 weeks pregnant. Thought it was eczema at first but it wasn’t going away. Started putting antifungal cream on it and it healed right up! Later found out the poor kitten my mum bought had ringworm when we brought her home and has since been treated. Good luck!

Eczema. Nothing actually made mine go away, it just went on it’s own.
