My last period was July 29th! I had 1 day spotting on August 27th. Since then absolutely nothing. It’s October 4th... I’m on cycle day 68. And 38 days late. 3 weeks ago my doctor tested my thyroid and did a Pap smear and everything was perfect. All HPT for me have been negative. I have had like car sick nausea feeling. And heart burn so bad I have to vomit to feel better. Only my nipples have been sore. At this point in lost as to what is going on. Help would be well appreciated at this point
