Is my O day on CD13 or was it last night????

Does progesterone stop ovulation if it hasn’t happened?? Cause if so then it would def be on CD13 because I have been on progesterone since 3DPO

Insight please? My temps seemed low after predicted O day, and it’s confirmed that it did rise enough but I’m not sure? I looked it up and it says it should be in 36.4’s or higher post O
