Does your baby scream/cry in the car almost every time?

I always feed him and check his diaper before the drive. I put him and the car seat and give some toys. That's it, he never cries.

No my son has this mobile that plays music and spins till he falls asleep. I also keep the sun from his eyes that I find has been a huge help. I also have driven a fee long road trips, 3 hours and 7 hours and he was fine unless hungry. At this point he needs his new carseat so he will be more comfortable than that I'm sure.

Mine likes to be tucked in tight with a soft blanket around him over the straps. We drove from Minnesota to Texas and back twice and it was the only way he was happy. Once he was tucked and we were moving he would sleep for most of it until it was time to eat again.

I make sure she has a fully belly, clean diaper, her favorite toys and a playlist going with her favorite songs.

White noise, I try to make sure she’s eaten recently. She’s started playing with toys (krinkle paper, rattles etc) within the last month or so, I typically like to leave one for her close by.
The paci also has helped us. Once we get over 35 mph, she’s usually asleep

I strategically plan my driving when she needs naps. I’m off work still so I’m pretty lucky to have a flexible schedule.

Maybe practice with it in the house? Sit them in the car seat with some chew toys, hang out and sing songs and try to build positive associations with the seat. My guy has to sit up for 15-20 mins after eating so sometimes I plop him in the car seat while I do stuff etc. 
Make sure they are fed and changed before attempting car trips. 
My LO had no choice lol Ive traveled around with him since day one.

He has a pretty good attitude anyway, but I just make sure he is fed and changed and I toss 4-5 soft toys, a small crinkle book and a teether on him. He's happy as a clam when he's buried. We also listen to NPR or I talk to him and he seems to like the calm voices.

We have to play his favourite songs if he cries and he stops instantly... We get pretty tired of hearing the 1,2,3,4 song from sesame Street but it's his absolute favourite song in the world it calms him so much! Maybe also check the car seat is comfortable, padding is at the right height etc 🤷 good luck!
