Deli meat?

Anyone still eat it while pregnant?

Yeah to be honest. The only things I actually avoid is fish with too much Mercury, raw egg whites, rare/medium rare meat, soft cheeses. Everything else I still eat.

I ate subway and jimmy johns all the time with my last pregnancy. Probably will this time too.

Yup. My midwife said not to worry too much about it because yes it could get you sick but it’s rare.

Yes i heat mine. I know someone who lost her baby because of listeria and they told her it could be from not heating it.  She was past 20 weeks but baby wasn’t viable yet.

You’re waaaay more likely to get sick from fruits and veggies than Deli meat. I don’t see the concern
