I don’t know what wrong with my daughter

Someone please help.

So my daughter is only 4 days old. She has been up since 12pm. I tried to put her down once she fell asleep it didn’t work . Every time I put her down she cries . Every time I sit here somewhere so I can go do something she cries. I hand her off to someone and still she cries . The only time she’s not crying is when I’m holding her. I don’t know what this could be or if she’s just wanting comfort . Idk I need help. She keeps having the shits also . I massaged her stomach and burped her. She’s really gassy.

I breastfeed her and I don’t know if she’s getting air in her stomach or what 😭😭😭

I tried calling the doctor to get their advice they didn’t answer . 😒
