So at our four month appointment we met with a pediatrician after switching from a family doctor. Our only concern at this time was him possibly reacting to his shots, but it turns out the nurse placed one of them wrong. She also said that he had cafe au Lait spots and then asked if anyone else had them. The ped gave us no further information so when my husband and I noticed more and that they were growing we called my husbands mom because she’s a nurse. She told us to keep any eye on their size and amount. Today I noticed two new spots: one on his butt and one on the back of his leg. Shortly after taking him home we noticed he had four, but they were tiny, they’re the ones that are almost in a row on his side/belly. All the other ones have shown up since. I’m really becoming concerned at their size and amount.
