Scared of everything!

All of a sudden my 2 year old is scared of EVERYTHING!

She screams and cries when she looks down our hallway.

I took her to the park yesterday and she just wanted to play in the dirt. She screamed when I tried to put her on the slide. She wanted to be in the baby swing.

She's acts scared of her room at night. She's literally been in there every night since she was 3 months old.

She says "it's scary" to everything! I'll say it's not scary and she'll say "it's fun!" But she still acts scared...

Anybody else going through this? Any suggestions how to help her not be scared?
