Is this an early miscarriage?? Please help!

Hi all -
Had heavy bleeding, 3 painful contractions, and then this came out of me. Is this an early miscarriage?
Any help would be appreciated.

This looks like some sort of tissue, I would keep this and go and to a&e as you'd need to be scan to double check
