Taking it day by day

We were so excited to get our BFP last month, it was our first positive since a missed miscarriage in April. Everything felt as it should ( nausea, bloating,mood swings) lab work looked good. And then it began, the cramps and light colored blood ( pink to start then dark brown) the cramps and backache, it was like dejavu. I finished my nightshift and went downstairs to our streaming er. Hcg 30,201. Labs great , should be 6 weeks 4 days but ultrasound showed measuring 5 weeks 6 days. Gestational sac, yok sac present but no fetal pole. I have a subchorionic hemorrhage. They gave me a shot of rhogam ( I am O-) and sent me on my way home. Follow up in 10 to 14 days. And watch for symptoms of miscarriage. I don't even want to get out of bed, i just hope time speeds up and our next scan shows a strong heartbeat.
