Did I ovulate for sure? HELP PLEASE

So I took letrozole this month, on Thursday I got a positive OPK after 4 days of negatives. My nipples are sore, I was cramping yesterday on the left side and I saw fertile cervical mucus. Does this mean I ovulated for sure?? That an egg was released? Or could it be my body is trying to ovulate but maybe didn't? Help please

Probably ovulated by the sounds of it. And are probably still in your fertile window

Your doctor will do a progesterone test to make sure 7dpo!  That's the only way to really know unfortunately.
