Blighted Ovum?

Kind of at a loss at the moment. I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks on august 21st. Found out i was pregnant again on sept 21st. Since there was no cycle in between my OB sent me to get a ultrasound yesterday (oct 4th) making me supposedly 6wk2d and all they seen was a gestational sac without a yolk sac or a fetal pole. They told me that I'm either earlier than they originally thought or that its a blighted ovum. Heres to hoping I'm just early because my heart can't take another loss this early. 😔😔😔
