Halo sleep sack swaddle?

Was gifted this in a bag of clothes. What are those Velcro pieces for? And the two squares on the back? Is it missing a piece ? Never seen one of these 😂

It is missing a piece. I bought one at Goodwill like that, and contacted Halo to see if I could purchase the missing piece, and they actually sent me a brand new one for free as long as I sent them back the old one. They didnt want older outdated products out there that werent as safe, they said. Super cool. 🤗

Not sure! I’ve never seen one like that
