How do you treat a yeast infection while on antibiotics?

I believe I have a yeast infection because I have thick, white discharge and some itching. I’m on antibiotics which is making me prone to yeast. When I treated the yeast last week it went away just to come back this week. Do I need to wait until I’m done the antibiotics to treat it again? Worried it’ll just come right back.

Usually they give you a pill for the yeast when they give you antibiotics. It's best to take it after you're done with the antibiotics

Whenever I take keflex, I get a yeast infection. I always have to wait until the antibiotics are done before I can treat the yeast.
