Cold sore ? Help!

Not sure what it is never had sexual contact maybe from sharing drinks or something but not sure ?

I get the every now and then. Once you start feeling the tingle... Hold an ice cube on it for 15 minutes at least 4 times a day. Then apply abreva this will prevent it fr turning into sores

I get cold sores and this to me does not look like cold sores. When it starts to form on your lip, your lip is usually just hot and raised. Swollen. It’ll itch like hell. And then the blisters will start to form and they are bigger than that. That’s not a cold sore

They’ve gotten bigger and don’t really itch just kind of itching not much tho

Looks like cold sores. They come like that in clusters.
