I need help with a diet plan
I need help losing weight I hate my body and whenever I look at myself I just feel like I want to end it all, I haven't weighed myself in two years because I'm afraid it'll make things worse like if I think I'm losing weight and then I get on the scale and it's a number that I hate I will sit and cry for hours on end so if anyone has a diet a food diet that would be wonderful I'm to self conscious and my anxiety is to bad so going to the gym isn't and option but if anyone has any at home exercises that would be wonderful.
