i hate being a virgin!

i’m 17 and i’m a freshman in college. sex was never a big deal to me until now. when i was younger, i was convinced that i was going to meet a guy, fall in love and lose my virginity to him on my wedding night. now, i’m honestly starting to lose patience because it seems like everyone is having sex except me. most of my friends have lost their virginity and i feel left out. i know in my mind that i’m 100% ready to have sex, i just don’t have have anyone to have sex WITH. how do i get rid of this mentality and convince myself to not give up hope and wait?”
