looks like something has irritated your skin. I would use something like Neosporin or a tiny bit of Vaseline as not to clog your pores too much, but it seems inflamed very badly. I wouldn’t put any type of acne medication on top of it for awhile and just use stuff that will heal your skin instead of irritate it more

Looks like hormonal acne or contact dermatitis to me.

Did you try a new face wash? Sometimes it makes my acne flare up.
