Friend isn’t very clean at home

I have a friend who is quite dirty in the house. Her kitchen is greasy literally everywhere you look or touch. Her house is really tidy but it’s the cleanliness that she doesn’t care about. She just rinses her dishes instead of properly washing them. That’s fine for her, but she now wants to have me over and cook me dinner! Which is really sweet of her but I am trying to think of an excuse because I honestly can’t stand dirty homes. I know it sounds awful of me, but it’s the way I was raised and I can’t stand a dirty kitchen. Any advice on how to get out of a home cooked dinner at her place without being rude about the cleanliness?
