I've been getting so SO many yeast infections, UTIs and its been a pain for me

This been happening for two years

Until I found out I was doing everything wrong (except changing my tampons/pads every two hours) (yes I'm a mid heavy bleeder)

My soap (Irish spring) wasn't a good way to clean myself down there , I was supposed to use dove or any gyn approved soaps

Second (TMI) I wipe myself back then front INSTEAD of front then back

and no one told me so till I found out myself what's wrong with me

I feel absolutely dumb over this cause I'm almost an adult

Plus I didn't wore cotton made underwear till now

not even my parents told me about this stuff when I was young, just the "take a shower, wash yourself with soap and go to bed" is all

But now I won't do the same mistake to my future kids (if I ever have any lol)
