How to help dizziness during period??

Question

I’m going to the doctor for this tomorrow hopefully but I am SO dizzy during my period and I can’t take it lol, anyone have ANY tips to help relieve this?? It’s almost unbearable by now because it’s been going on for 3 days and it’s really bad to the point where I’ve thought I would pass out multiple times today ughhhhh
Anyone have anything that could help?

I have had something similar for years pre birth control. It was called Vaso-Vagal syncope. I would pass out though, starting with my vision clouding and then getting sweaty. I learned to just lay down when it was happening. Apparently it’s my response to any sort of pain with my uterus etc. I only because I just went for a horrible test for infertility. Luckily you are very young and don’t have to worry about any of that yet! Could also be anemia/low iron too?! Not sure but wanted to pass along my experience. There was no treatment for me at the time but birth control relieved my symptoms!
