I've been on antibiotics for strep off and on for almost 2 months because it won't go away... But I've had thick white discharge, sometimes I notice a foul smell, sometimes pretty itchy, and it's red towards the bottom of my vagina with small red bumps in the same area.

I thought the bumps were razor bumps for a while, but I'm starting to think it's a yeast rash. Any advice or suggestions?

Do I need to see a doctor? Will medication from the pharmacy help? Any success with home remedies (coconut oil, tea tree oil, ACV baths, etc)?
