Insomnia and bad habits
Hey everyone, I’ve been dealing with depression lately and I think it’s what is causing me to have insomnia. I’m not sure what to do about it. I take a 5mg melatonin tablet before bed but it doesn’t seem to help at all. Since I’ve had depression, I’ve just started not to care about anything including myself. I don’t eat healthy at all. I eat whatever I want whenever I want, especially sweets. I really don’t want to stay this way. I do not want to take any medication for my depression, but I need something to help me get out of this rut. Any advice would be helpful, thanks!
