Ovulation after Depo
I got the depo shot 3 days pp and have decided not to continue with it. Ladies who were on depo for less than a year, how soon did you start ovulating after coming off the depo shot? How did you verify ovulation? I have LH strips but I don’t want to start testing too early and blow through them. We are going to track ovulation to avoid pregnancy until we’re ready to try for another baby.
