Help idk what is going on I woke up fine but just over the course of like an hour I got these really super intense crippling cramps and my period isn't due for like another week ive taken gasx I've taken pamprin and the pain won't stop in freaking out this is so painful I'm shaking

Update: so I just kind of put on some true crime YouTube videos and closed my eyes and dozed off some and the pain kind of subsided but when i readjust myself and scoot up in my recliner the pain comes back I'm afraid to move and I need to get up and get food so I can take my daily meds my cat is such an angel she heard me in pain and just came to lay with me until the pain subsided she does this whenever I'm sick or having a bad asthma day even when she's having a bad asthma day herself, it reminds me of how my dog was she died about 5 or 6 months ago when I see how nurturing my cat has become in her absence it makes me feel like maybe there was like a pact between them that if one died the other would take over and take care of me

Update: so I figured it out I am just constipated I go see my gastro doctor on Thursday this happened before we went to Vegas too I was constipated for a few days and now were going to L.A. at the end of the month hopefully when I see the doctor on Thursday she can tell me why this started happening before trips its never happened before
