Any tips for ovarian cyst?

I have an ovarian cyst on my right ovary and it hurts so much and all I was given was pain meds. Any helpful advice? Please and thank you

I apply lavender and frankincense essential oil and it helps me tremendously. I’ve been getting them for 18 years. They suck. Heating pads help but that wasn’t enough for me and I do not take medication unless it is absolutely necessary.

For me they hurt until they burst. I don’t really have any advice except beating pads and pain meds.
