Extreme cramp in inner thigh, near vagina

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and have been getting a strong cramp randomly in my left upper thigh near the vag. It doesnt feel like lightinging vagina or a menstrual cramp. It causes me to collapse to the floor once I put weight on my left leg. It's been happening the last couple weeks but I just had about 4 or 5 just now while standing and had to crawl to the couch. Anyone experience this? It feels like if I call my doc they'll just say "yeah pregnancy is weird" like they usually do lol
