Naptime
I just started sleep training my daughter. Tonight will be night three. I was always against it but I'm at a complete lose with her sleep. My question is those of you who sleep train what do you do about naps? Do you still just put baby down and that's it? Also how long do you leave them crying for naps? I'm doing good with nights but really struggling with nap time.
