Help with pancakes
Ok so I usually make big thick&fluffy diner style pancakes and my husband just asked for "crispy edge" pancakes.
I have no idea what that means.
Does anyone know what he's talking about?
Do I add a lot of oil/butter to the pan? Higher heat? Thinner or thicker batter?
I'm really lost here help please
