It’s 5 am. I’ve gotten like 2 hrs sleep in my bed. After her first hour of sleep, LO won’t sleep in her crib tonight and I think it’s because she’s congested. She’ll sleep in my arms but the second I lie her down she’s awake and thrashing about. She’s also snoring and weeding like a drunk sailor.

She seems to breathe better when i hold her upright. During the day we’ve been giving her nose saline. Also I try to use the nose Frida before bed but she fights me. What else can I do that actually works for your babies? We need sleep over here.
