What would it take for you to get cleaning done from a company?

Asking for my business class!  I want to start a cleaning company, which is generally a good business to start, but what is preventing you from hiring one?  What would it take for you to buy a service?  Thanks in advance! 😘

Money is what keeps me from using one. I'm on a tight budget lately but when I wasn't I used one a few times. It helps for me to be able to spend more time with my daughter and worry less about chores.

We are going to buy a deep cleaning service for our new house that we are buying.  That would probably be the only time we use it because we are able to do our own cleaning.

Money and the fact I dont trust many people to do a good job. I've hired a few in my time and they've ALL fell short of expectations. And charged a lot! Maybe I'm hiring the wrong people, but man o man!

Same day service would be helpful, when I was moving I searched hard for someone but even the same day advertised companies were all full. For me it’s also the ease in setting up. If I can schedule and pay online, I’m more likely to use your company. I did this with my garbage/recycling company, went with the one that allowed me to set everything up online.

I have a house keeper. I love her! She has insurance,  references, background check. And does a phenomenal job.

Money. I used a company when we moved the last couple times and it was nice. And currently my sister (a former pro cleaner) cleans my house once a month because I helped her pay for something. But the cost adds up. I’d like to continue paying her once our deal is over but I don’t know if I can afford it. It’s been so amazing to have that help with 2 kids and a full-time job.

What is preventing me from hiring one is the cost, the fact we have a lot of fragile items/valuables I don't want broken/stolen, and I am able to do it all myself. Next pregnancy I'm hoping we are in a financial situation that would allow us to hire a service during the third trimester. So basically I'd need to be incapacitated in some way before I'd hire a service.
