So I’m going to start birth control during my next cycle, I’ve been tracking my bbt and CF instead of being on birth control and having all the hormones in me.

But it’s not worth the stress of worrying whether I’m pregnant or not anymore.

Just would like to know, if I’m on birth control do I still track my temperature? Or not?
