Does caffeine affect breast milk?

Should I be worried about breastfeeding my baby after having a latte? It is 150 mg of caffeine.

I have 3-5 coffees a day.. horrible i know😂 but i have been breastfeeding and pumping for 10 months now with no issues. It doesn’t affect my milk or my supply. Im still producing way more then my daughter will ever be able to eat haha

It doesn't do much but it can decrease your supply. 200mg is safe while pregnant so I'd say have at it. Drink some extra water and keep some oatmeal cookies on hand. 😊
