Postpartum gastrointestinal problems

Anyone having postpartum GI issues? My son will be 4 months old tomorrow and ever since he was born I have had issues with lower abdominal and back pain, bloating, gas pains, constipation and acid reflux. I’ve also had rectal pain and a small amount of blood when having bowel movements that my doctor said must be due to internal hemorrhoids. My whole GI system is a complete mess and I cannot seem to get it under control. When I get my period it is 100 times worse!! I had an ultrasound to rule out a bunch of things like appendix, kidney and gallbladder issues. I am seeing my doctor in a few weeks to follow up and hoping she can refer me to a gastroenterologist. I’m so fed up with feeling like crap all of the time. It has me so down. I just want to focus on taking care of my son but I’m constantly worrying about what is wrong with me!? Anyone else having issues? I literally feel like I’m the only one 😓
