Mexican and being square 🙄 Helppppp!

I have fluctuated in weight so many times in my lifetime. 25 yrs. literally have excess skin, obviously not a lot. Definitely noticeable to myself. Anyways I hate how boxy I am. Would love for any of you ladies explain what should I do to tone up in my core area. I do a lot of cardio, but I’m sick of losing it and then gaining back so quick.

This is me when I pose. I don’t want to pose all the time. I would love to stand naturally with a more obvious waist line. I get it I’m petite and not** curvaceous! I seen it done tho. Helpp ladies.
