Is this an abscess on my gum? It's been there going on 3 and a half weeks. Absolutely no pain or anything. It's just there. I thought maybe a canker sore but those even hurt and this doesn't. When I say no pain or anything I mean no pain or anything, no sensitivity, no pain, no discomfort, I've push on the area and even my teeth in that area and nothing. I have dentist appointment tomorrow but I curious is anyone know what it looks like? It's not an STD, my husband and I have only been with each other for 16 years and were both clean.
