I have a question!

So I had my first ultrasound at 6 weeks an I didn’t see much besides a yolk sac an there was no heart beat just a fetal pole, I do have a very very large cyst since July ish on my left ovary last time I checked it was 5cm it looks bigger now then in July, does that affects my pregnancy? Does it lead to miscarriage. I’m so lost an confused. I’ve been having my normal pains of my cyst since it’s so darn big an of it gets bigger my doc said I will need surgery to remove it before it erupts.
