Baby shower or no baby shower?

I’m a ftm and I’m debating if i want a baby shower. I only have like 4 friends and hubby has a lot of friends but i don’t want it to be an all guys event you know. I don’t have much family but he does , idk i just haven’t been feeling the whole baby shower thing. Starting to feel like it’s going to be a waste of time and money 😒 if we DO do it, it’ll be about 15-20 people there... is it worth it?

80 people or 20- I personally feel the celebration of new babies are always worth it. I had double the amount of people at my first compared to this baby. But no matter what, the celebration was worth it. I had fun both times

I had the big baby shower for my 1st little girl, then had a high tea at the place I got married with a few close friends and family for my 2nd girl and now I’m thinking do the high tea again this 3rd pregnancy. It was nice to spend some time with a few close people and enjoy a few laughs celebrating your pregnancy 🤰
