4 days late for period.

I have semi irregular periods however the last 5/6 months have been super regular started the same date and everything. My last period was September 4th. I’ve been feeling slightly nauseous, my nipple is superrrrr sore and my boobs ache. I’ve had increased headaches and I’m exhausted. I’m having some cramps and I haven’t tested yet because well idk I’m nervous and thought I’d wait and see if my period is a week late.

I guess idk what I’m looking for from y’all but I’ll take some advice lol. Anyone ever had a super soreee nipple from pregnancy?? 😂
