Purple spots on thigh
Hey guys (excuse the unshaved thigh)
I noticed these small purple spots on the side of my left thigh (upper)
They dont itch and have no texture; appear to blend in with the skin. Theyre only on my left thigh and i didnt find them anywhere else on my body. Should i be concerned or is it nothing?
