Labor and delivery shaming

Olivia • Wife, mommy of soon to be 4 👧🏼👶👶

So I am one who does not like to cause an inconvenience to anyone. With my daughters pregnancy I was sent to l&d multiple times for blood pressure and always felt bad because I felt like I was a bother.

Well with my son he's a bit of a wiggle worm and has been since like 12 weeks and lately I havent felt him move at all.

Now I know I've seen some women comment that as you get father along they run out of room so not as much movement. But I've also seen people say dont think that way baby runs out of room but it doesnt stop their movements.

So I go to L&D to get monitored I'm 39 weeks today and every nurse I've had to talk to has said of he's just running out of room. Almost shaming me for coming in to check.

Its 2 in the morning I live 30 minutes away I feel like tonight I'm inconveniencing the nurses by being here! Ugh
