Weight loss help
Hey everyone! I have been on a weight loss journey for about 8 months and I have successfully lost 22 pounds! I still have about 15 more pounds I want to drop, however, I’m in my first year of college, I juggle going to school, work and doing homework. I have a very hard time finding a time slot where I can workout, I am very worried that I will gain the weight back. I was hoping some of you guys would have some tips and tricks for me to try out, even if I don’t lose weight that’s ok I just want to make sure I don’t gain anything back. I have put so much effort to get to where I am now,
I would be so disappointed in myself if I took steps backwards. Thanks for the help!
