Is this the start of anything?

I'm 38w and wondering if every symptom and twinge I'm having is the start of labour lol I know it could be, or it could just be part of late pregnancy.
Today I've had annoying mild lower back pain all day, some cramps, and more Braxton Hicks than usual. Also I'm feeling really tired because I've not been sleeping well.
I wonder if this is it... lol probably not...

I’m 38 weeks today too and literally I’m the same way. I’m not even kidding I woke up and my left big toe is killing me, like as if I stubbed it on something. For a minute I thought to myself, could this be related to labor ? 😂😂😂😂 then I realized I’m not a whack job and has nothing to do with labor and that I need to stop being so impatient ! It’s sooo hard to not be at this point though. It’s so close !!

I’m also 38 weeks and felt similar last night. I always go with “probably nothing” and ignore it. 
I keep reminding myself when it’s really go time, I will KNOW for sure. If things are mild and idk, then it’s not go time. Lol.
The end is so near!! Keep hanging in there!
