Shaving never going away! growing back fast aswell

Hello, I’ve tried everything before suggested; new razor, conditioning, warm water, Not shaving for ages then shaving, it never goes this is the result 2 days after and can I just say it grows back SO fast!! Even when I’ve shaved they’re still always poking out, last choice laster hair?? Anyone got the same 🌸
