EARRINGS HELP

How do you put these on???

So I just bought these hoop earrings and they are so hard to put on. I’ve been trying for like 20 min but I keep thinking I’m going to rip my piercing out.

I was able to get them in once but it took forever and I had to get someone to help me close them. It’s not worth it if I have to spend so much time putting on earrings.

They are the kind with the curved front and hoop in the back to connect. Image is below.. Should I just give up and try to return them? So disappointing.
