Letrozole for fertility?

I have PCOS and have been trying to conceive for over 3 yrs now. My doctor just prescribed me metformin, letrozole, and progesterone. Have any of you ladies taken these and had success or know anyone who has? Please share your stories. I could really use some encouragement.

I am currently on these medications, I have severe pcos, and my gyn just upped my dosage on the letrozole for my second cycle because the first one didn’t work. Good luck and baby dust to you! 💜

I was on these medications 🙋‍♀️
I never ovulated on my own due to PCOS. My first cycle on the medications I didn’t ovulate either 😔 but they upped my dosage my second cycle and I did and got pregnant!
