Faint line then negative

Hey all! My af is currently late as of 2.5 weeks, but I feel like maybe I ovulated later. I have pregnancy symptoms (sore, swollen boobs, increased appetite, peeing a lot, increased discharge, etc) and have gotten a few very very faint lines on first response. The last three days I’ve also taken some of the first signal Walmart tests which one came up faintly positive but the other two negative. I’m not bleeding, cramping or anything.. could it be possible I’m still pregnant, like the frer is just THAT sensitive? I don’t want to lose all hope but I’m feeling a little down on my luck right now.
